Do Yoga and Raise Money for YAMA Foundation Until Oct 31 | Liv

The YAMA Foundation, a registered charity providing therapeutic yoga to underserved communities, is having its first fundraising campaign from now until the end of October! With an ambitious target of raising $888,000 to fund more than 1,800 yoga and expressive arts classes for people living with mental illness, poverty or disability, Back to the Mat has joined forces with local studios and instructors to curate a lineup of fun yoga classes and events all over the city. Yoga plus wine tasting, anyone? Simply register online, and pay what you wish for your space in the class. Participating studios include Yoga Place, Ikigai, International Yoga Institute, as well as private clubs such as the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, and online via Zoom.

Visit yamahk.org/backtothemat to check out the classes available, and be sure to check back regularly as new classes are being uploaded all the time.
