The weekend looks like it’s going to be a stormy one, so why not treat yourself to a day retreat at The Peninsula Hong Kong? The Peninsula Day Retreat kicks off at 8:30am, with a kundalini yoga and sound meditation workshop with Malbert Lee, followed by a heart-pumping Aqua Bag workout with John Chan. After that, there will be a poolside lunch featuring healthy Naturally Peninsula cuisine, followed by a holistic sound healing workshop led by Clara Chun.
The final session of the day is a healthy cooking class, where you’ll learn how to make a healthy dish and mocktail by The Peninsula’s Executive Sous Chef and Head Mixologist.
