Apr 20-22: Green is the New Black Conscious Festival
Singapore eco-organisation Green is the New Black is hosting its first festival in Hong Kong! Taking place at the end of the month, the event kicks off with an “Unconference” on April 20, featuring networking and talks with wellness industry insiders. After that, there’s a two-day festival of talks, screenings, food and an eco-market with more than 70 vendors on April 21-22. The event is free to attend but additional charges apply for certain talks and screenings.

Apr 14: Spartan Sprint
It’s back! Hong Kong’s toughest and dirtiest obstacle race is taking place at an all-new venue. For those out for a bit of fun, the 6k Spartan Sprint features more than 20 obstacles and physical challenges. You’ll have to scale walls, crawl through mud and traverse monkey bars before you can be crowned a true spartan.

Apr-Jun: Hack My Age Seminar Series
Learn how to age optimally with this series of six workshops and seminars with Hack My Age. The first session on April 19 aims to clear the confusion around intermittent fasting and time-restricted feeding, teaching you to learn what to eat and how best to nourish your body to slow down aging. Other seminar topics include Secrets to Living Stress-Free (May 3), Movements to Last a Lifetime (May 10) and Sleep Better, Live Longer (May 24).

The Women’s Five is a new women-only, five-week health and wellness programme that culminates in a fun 5k run.
