Famous for their bagels, 404Plant is one of Hong Kong’s favourite casual vegan dining spots. For Mother’s Day they’ve come up with a delicious four-course brunch. Start off with truffle mushroom soup with a mini bagel and an avocado salad, before moving onto the main, where you can choose from a wide selection, including a bagel burger or pasta made with a selection of plant-based meats including Impossible, TiNDLE or Omni. Finish off with their signature biscoff caramel croffle (half-crossaint, half-waffle) served with ice cream and fresh fruit. The meal is $188 per head, no service charge.
