Get set to work up a sweat at the W Hong Kong! Every Saturday in March, the hotel is hosting series of “SWEAT IT OUT” workouts, featuring guest instructors from some of the city’s top gyms offering a program of unique workouts that’ll keep you on your toes. Think dance, bodyweight training, and Pilates interspersed with interval training.

What’s more, you’ll be treated to healthy nibbles and detox drinks, as well as a fab goodie bag featuring goodies from Calvin Klein Performance. For an additional $650, you can also get full-day access to the hotel’s outdoor heated pool, top-notch gym, and spectacular spa facilities, including a steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. We can’t wait!
