One of the top sustainable dining destinations in Hong Kong, Roganic offers fine-dining with sustainable ingredients that are locally sourced wherever possible. In fact, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin Green Star in 2021 and 2022 for its sustainable ethos, from its sourcing practices right down to the staff uniforms, which have been created using fabrics such as biodegradable wool and cotton, and upcycled polyester, by local designer Bettie Haute Couture.
To celebrate its 4th anniversary in Hong Kong, they have launched a 12-course tasting menu that includes highlights such as birch sap-glazed truffle pudding, local dry-aged duck with smoked beetroot and elderflower vinegar; butter-poached grouper with Taiwanese corn; and bee pollen and chamomile cake with pickled roses and strawberries topped with mint-infused cream. The meal is $1,180 per head, with the option to add six wine-pairing classes for $680. We can’t wait to check it out the next time we want to treat ourselves!
