In celebration of its 5th birthday, Atlas Chiropractic is giving back to the community by raising funds for Catherine’s Puppies dog shelter. They’ve organised a Healthy Humans & Happy Hounds market at Supacity in Wong Chuk Hang, promising a full day of fitness classes, wellness experiences and cute pups looking for a home. There will be 20 stalls featuring some of Hong Kong’s top wellness brands, and nine instructors offering a diverse lineup of classes, from yoga and movement classes to sound meditation to ice baths.
