Amber, the Landmark Mandarin Oriental’s signature restaurants (and one of the world’s top 50 restaurants) is laying on a special French supper menu from 9pm every evening in May – making it a perfect place to stop after catching a show or art exhibition. The menu highlight seasonal French produce, including oysters, morel mushrooms, white asparagus and foie gras, all with a unique Amber touch. The meal is $1,988, paired with four Champagne wines, or $2,388 for four courses and five wines.
