Review: Pinnacle Eat Meal Delivery | Liv

The Buzz: A new contender enters the competitive world of meal delivery programs: Pinnacle Performance gym now offers Pinnacle Eat meals delivered straight to your door, all calorie-controlled and a perfect balance of protein, carbs, and fat.

The Experience Your lunch and dinner arrives freshly cooked at your door mid-morning each day, so all you have to do is reheat. The meals are seasonal with a variety of flavours such as coconut milk white fish, finger licking spicy chicken wings and even minted lamb.

The Verdict. We loved the peace of mind knowing that we were having an organic, nutritionally balanced meal, with good fats and no rubbish. The meals are also packed with flavour so you don’t feel as though you’re missing out – we didn’t even reach for our daily snacks, even though each meal was just 600 calories (men’s meals are 750 calories). If you want to kick-start your healthy eating resolution, this will take out all the guesswork for you and leave you feeling nourished, not deprived.

The Cost: Pinnacle has three packages available, with prices starting at $2,495 for 20 meals (around $120 each). There is an add-on if you want fortnightly consultations and full nutritional counseling with support to reach your health goals.
