Kita Yoga
Kita Yoga is a low-key, neighbourhood studio running small class sizes (twelve max) with a breezy vibe. The signature class, Kita Flow, is a Vinyasa-based sequence that starts with essential oils and meditation, building into a exhilaratingly sweaty practice. There are also restorative classes including Yin and Candle-Lit Mellow. The studio also offers a regular roster of free community classes, events and wellness talks.

A friendly boutique yoga studio with a relaxed and earthy vibe. Disciplines such as flow, yin, alignment and aerial are practiced in front of the studio’s vertical garden for added serenity.

The Yoga Room
Spanning four floors, this popular Sheung Wan studio has stood the test of time and now runs more than 100 classes per week, including
