Kita Yoga is a low-key, neighbourhood studio running small class sizes (twelve max) with a breezy vibe. The signature class, Kita Flow, is a Vinyasa-based sequence that starts with essential oils and meditation, building into a exhilaratingly sweaty practice. There are also restorative classes including Yin and Candle-Lit Mellow. The studio also offers a regular roster of free community classes, events and wellness talks.
