Flex yoga studio is turning 10 this month, and to celebrate it’s hosting a Family Yoga and Wellness Festival on the grassy outdoor podium in Cyberport. This all-day event will see healthy food and drink stalls, yoga workshops for adults and kids, shopping and live performances. You won’t want to miss out on a class with YogaSlackers (pictured), who have come all the way from the US to run workshops on yoga slacklining and acro-yoga. The festival is free, but if you want to take part in a class you need to book and pay ahead of time. Can’t get a spot on the 14th? No worries, the YogaSlackers will be running classes out of Flex on November 21-22.
