Treehouse opens in SoHo

Are you still crying salty tears over the closure of veggie cafe HOME Eat to Live? Dry your eyes, because HOME’s founder, Christian Mongendre, has returned to Hong Kong with Treehouse, a brand-new concept that adheres to his mission of bringing a plant-based, eco-friendly casual dining concept to Hong Kong! Located in the new H CODE building (along Ezra’s lane) Treehouse is a bright, cozy space offering wraps, Buddha Bowls, veggie burgers, smoothies, raw vegan desserts and much more – all meat-free, planet-friendly, and totally yum.

Shop Sustainable Fashion at The American Club on April 20

The American Club Foundation is hosting Sip Style & Shop, a sustainable shopping event on April 20! Taking place at The American Club in Tai Tam, this public event will see some of the city’s best eco business under one roof, offering more than 1,000 items of pre-loved clothing for sale (its on the Southside so you know the pickings will be good!) in support of three local charities: ImpactHK, RUN HK and Chatteris Educational Foundation. In addition to secondhand finds, you’ll also find new fashion and lifestyle items donated by the likes of Whistles, Rue Madame, Frey and Tove & Libra (pictured), as well as stalls from niin, beCandle, HULA, Naked Lab, Paper-Roses and more.
