TMK Rap & Rolls: hidden-away lunch spot in Wan Chai serving up healthy nori bowls

Office workers in Admiralty and Wan Chai will be happy to know that TMK just opened their second restaurant on Moon Street, and it’s got some bomb healthy lunch bowls on the menu. Located in Starstreet precinct where bar/restaurant Ted’s Lookout used to be, the lunch menu offers up six different nori bowls that run the gamut from vegan to low-carb, layering rice or salad with plenty of fresh veggies, crispy tofu, meat and fish. We especially loved the Super Tofu, with gooey cubes of fried tofu, and the To Tuna with soy marinated tuna on a cabbage salad base. Perfect for a quick and hearty lunch that won’t put you in a food coma at your desk!

The American Club Foundation is hosting Sip Style & Shop, a sustainable shopping event on April 20!
