Tea Academics opens in Central with mostly plant-based food menu

From the same team that brought you The Coffee Academics comes tea-based spinoff, Tea Academics. This modern tea cafe on Queen’s Road Central serves up artisanal brews from across the globe, including some badass signatures like the Steampunk Blend. This bright and modern tea room also does tea lattes (available with plant-based milks), well as a healthy, whole foods menu that’s mostly vegan!

Shop Sustainable Fashion at The American Club on April 20

The American Club Foundation is hosting Sip Style & Shop, a sustainable shopping event on April 20! Taking place at The American Club in Tai Tam, this public event will see some of the city’s best eco business under one roof, offering more than 1,000 items of pre-loved clothing for sale (its on the Southside so you know the pickings will be good!) in support of three local charities: ImpactHK, RUN HK and Chatteris Educational Foundation. In addition to secondhand finds, you’ll also find new fashion and lifestyle items donated by the likes of Whistles, Rue Madame, Frey and Tove & Libra (pictured), as well as stalls from niin, beCandle, HULA, Naked Lab, Paper-Roses and more.
