Sustainable Cooking Workshops Available Every Monday in November at WWF Visitor Centre

If you’re looking to make planet-friendly changes to your diet but unsure where to start, sustainable
dining guide Food Made Good has teamed up with WWF Hong Kong and Hysan Development to host a series of cooking workshops from leading local chefs. The One Planet Plate Sustainable Chef Workshop teaches students how to make small, easy changes that can really add up, such as shopping local and seasonal foods, sourcing fish sustainably, and opting for more veg. You can catch one (or all) of the workshops at the WWF Visitor Centre in Central. Morning and afternoon sessions are held every Monday throughout November, with a suggested donation of $450, of which all proceeds will go to WWF Hong Kong.
