Taikoo Place Takes Employee Wellbeing to the Next Level with Wellness Pop-up and Events

Calling all office workers in Taikoo Place! This Swire-owned office network really walks the talk when it comes to employee wellbeing; they’ve launched a two-month programme of immersive “sounditation” and fitness classes through October and November at their ArtisTree event space. Taking place over lunchtime for a nominal fee of $100, the classes are led by Himlayan singing bowl master Tsang Man-tung. Classes are extremely popular, but we hear there will be more added  – check here for latest availability. Looking for something a little more heart-pumping? Taikoo place is also working with PURE Fitness, H-Kore and Joint Dynamics on a series of dynamic movement classes, also at ArtisTree, in October. Or if all that sounds too hard, you can simply check out the UP+ Better Living x Kapok pop-up store, which sells wellness-focused homewares and lifestyle products from now until November 25.

Shop Sustainable Fashion at The American Club on April 20

The American Club Foundation is hosting Sip Style & Shop, a sustainable shopping event on April 20! Taking place at The American Club in Tai Tam, this public event will see some of the city’s best eco business under one roof, offering more than 1,000 items of pre-loved clothing for sale (its on the Southside so you know the pickings will be good!) in support of three local charities: ImpactHK, RUN HK and Chatteris Educational Foundation. In addition to secondhand finds, you’ll also find new fashion and lifestyle items donated by the likes of Whistles, Rue Madame, Frey and Tove & Libra (pictured), as well as stalls from niin, beCandle, HULA, Naked Lab, Paper-Roses and more.
