JAJA is Wan Chai’s new attention-grabbing vegetarian restaurant we can’t wait to try

A new vegetarian restaurant, JAJA, just landed in Wan Chai and we are itching to check it out. Pronounced “haha”, the new European fusion eatery specialises in innovative meat-free cuisine, with a decidedly eye-catching interior decor that’s like “Power Puff Girls goes plant-based”. The menu features items like smokey corn ribs with vegan barbecue mayo; fish-free sushi made from jackfruit and eggplant; and mushroom-stuffed wonton soup – we seriously can’t wait to try! Leave room at the end for one of their highly Instagrammable milkshakes, and maybe a cocktail or two.

Shop Sustainable Fashion at The American Club on April 20

The American Club Foundation is hosting Sip Style & Shop, a sustainable shopping event on April 20! Taking place at The American Club in Tai Tam, this public event will see some of the city’s best eco business under one roof, offering more than 1,000 items of pre-loved clothing for sale (its on the Southside so you know the pickings will be good!) in support of three local charities: ImpactHK, RUN HK and Chatteris Educational Foundation.
