Green Monday teams up with Crystal Jade for vegan dim sum

Beloved Chinese restaurant and dumpling purveyor Crystal Jade has partnered with plant-based social venture Green Monday to launch a new meat-free menu. The Crystal Green menu uses Omnipork to make veggie spins on classic recipes, like xiao long bao and wonton soup, as well as other dishes like sweet and sour chicken made with Spanish mock meat brand, Heura. Shop Sustainable Fashion at The American Club on April 20

The American Club Foundation is hosting Sip Style & Shop, a sustainable shopping event on April 20! Taking place at The American Club in Tai Tam, this public event will see some of the city’s best eco business under one roof, offering more than 1,000 items of pre-loved clothing for sale (its on the Southside so you know the pickings will be good!) in support of three local charities: ImpactHK, RUN HK and Chatteris Educational Foundation. In addition to secondhand finds, you’ll also find new fashion and lifestyle items donated by the likes of Whistles, Rue Madame, Frey and Tove & Libra (pictured), as well as stalls from niin, beCandle, HULA, Naked Lab, Paper-Roses and more.
