The Yoga Room is hosting an outdoor “Silent Disco” yoga class on the lawn of the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Park, Sheung Wan. Think music being piped through your own headset, providing a soundtrack to a harbourfront sunset. Bloss! There are two session: 5:30-6:30pm, and 7-8pm. Don’t forget to bring a yoga mat!
