Think dance, bodyweight training, and Pilates interspersed with interval training.

March 4: Get Up and Dance with Aparna Gambhir
Known for her killer playlists and electrifying energy, Aparna Gambhir is one of Hong Kong’s leading spin instructors and a classically-trained dancer. You’ll start the day with an electrifying dance session, followed by a meditative cool-down.
March 11: Bodyweight Warrior with John Chan
Personal trainer, gymnast and handstand master, John Chan is an expert in physical conditioning. His Bodyweight Warrior session is a fun yet challenging mix of calisthenics, strength and conditioning.
March 18: Find Your Flow in collaboration with GuavaPass
Held in collaboration with class booking app Guavapass, welcome the weekend with a flowing yoga session.
March 25: PHITT with Jason Clark in collaboration with GuavaPass
Ready. Set. PHITT! That’s Pilates with HIIT, in case you were wondering. Pilates teacher Jason Clark will take you on an intense journey that combines toning, alignment and fast-paced training.
